Oceanpower Cellulose Fiber for Asphalt Pavement

Oceanpower cellulose fiber is a natural and organic fiber. It appears gray flocculent. The fiber has concave convex rough surface and good associativity, which can eliminate negative impact that high asphalt-aggregate ratio has on the asphalt mixture.

Using Methods

Oceanpower cellulose fiber can be put into the mixing plants directly without opening the package. Generally, the fiber can be mixed in different kinds of mixer for 3-5 seconds. Basically, the dosage of lignin fiber for SMA pavement is 0.3%-0.5%. The highest mix temperature can reach 200 and the pavement temperature can reach 180.

Notices

The moistened, agglomerate and inhomogeneously dispersed fiber should not be used during construction.
